Our Coaches and Facilitators
Rob Browton
Rob has a passion for helping people better understand themselves and each other. He is a business psychologist who has worked with people in groups for over 25 years. Recently, in the past ten years, he has embarked on personal development work into depth psychology – this journey has led to group process work and ultimately training as a Shadow Work facilitator.
Rob chose Shadow Work for personal development as it fully supports the personal choice and agency of participants. He is committed to bringing this choice and agency to others, so they can be more of themselves and have more resources in their personal and working lives.
Rachel May
Rachel has spent her life supporting people in transition and especially around Birth, Death and Intimacy. She spent 10 years supporting couples with Pregnancy and Birth as a doula and birth educator before retraining in End of Life doula care and Mindfulness. Her work now is mainly around Intimacy and the Shadow and she believes that her years as a doula has paved the way for her ability to hold these delicate spaces in a gentle yet strong way.
Rachel has a passion for supporting humans to fully live, to feel balanced and free and to have a connection with who they really are and she feels Shadow Work is a powerful tool to see what is getting in the way and transmuting or integrating these parts.
